I have facilitated multi-functional teams to achieve outcomes in a variety of situations, from the kick off meetings of category teams, creating rapport trust and direction, to facilitating teams involved in multi-million dollar negotiations.

The value derived by clients from facilitation is not just the independence of the facilitator, and their ability to build the team and facilitate them towards an outcome, but also by demonstrating tools and techniques to “showcase” the role and contribution of best practice procurement.
