Model Category Plans


I have been engaged by a number of clients to develop “model” category plans and strategic sourcing plans. These plans are then used to guide practitioners about what “good” looks like.

The value gained by clients from these model plans is that stakeholders can review the model plans, and gain an understanding about the content and level of detail required.

As a result, compliance with policy and or procedures is improved, as stakeholders have been shown how to follow the procedure, and not just told what they should do
